Our Firm represents owners, general contractors, architects,
subcontractors and tradesmen in all types of construction related cases.
We understand the nature of construction projects and work with our

Mr. DeFilippis is the son of a civil engineer/ general contractor. He spent a great deal of his youth participating in almost all aspects of the construction field. Mr. DeFilippis has had hands on construction experience having been both a carpenter's assistant and an estimator prior to attending law school. Thereafter he managed a real estate purchasing and development partnership. Once practicing, he became legal counsel to many large and mid-size construction firms. Actual field experience coupled with legal experience has given him the ability to quickly comprehend and address complex construction issues. This background has further given him an advantage in representing and trying cases for those in the construction, real estate and related industries. Knowing the practical problems faced by participants in the construction realm, we work hard to economically and diligently resolve claims, liens and building related matters. |
